硅藻土吸附法去除糖化酶中的转苷酶 被引量:4

摘要 探讨了利用硅藻土作吸附剂去除液体曲糖化酶中转苷酶的方法。结果表明:硅藻土具有吸附转苷酶的作用,并使糖化酶活力有所损失。发酵液pH值和硅藻土添加量对转苷酶去除率和糖化酶活力影响较大,而处理时间的影响较小。在试验研究的最优条件下,转苷酶去除率为41.6%,糖化酶活力降低8%。 This paper discusses the method of removing glucosyltransferase in liquid glucoamylase by adsorption of diatomite. The results show that the diatomite has the action of adsorping glucosyltransferase and decreases the activity of glucoamylase.The pH of fermented liquor and addition quantity of diatomite have a great influence on the percentage of removing glucosyltransferase and activity of glucoamylase,but treatment time has little influence.Under the optimal technological testing conditions,the peroentage of glucosyltransferase removal reaches 41.6%and activity of glucoamylase decreases with 8%
