摘要
哈林提出关联乙醛、乙醇、水三元汽液平衡数据的准确方法,但不适合于乙醛含量很小的情况。本文用Marquardt方法,从三元实验数据回归NRTL模型参数,返回原系统计算汽液平衡,效果较好。当乙醛浓度小于1%时,计算值和实验值的一致性是令人满意的。此方法适合酒精蒸馏塔的计算。
A method to calculate the vapor-liquid equilibrium for ethanal-ethanol-water ternary system has been proposed.But it can not be used for the case when the ethanal content is very small.In this paper,the parameters of the NRTL equation are determined from experiment data by using marquardt least square approximation .If the ethanal concentration is lower than 1 %,the calculation agrees very well with the experimental result. This method is also applicable for ethanol distillation tower calculation.
