医学研究生心理健康状况流行病学调查

EPIDEMIOLOGIC SURVEY OF SELF-RATING ON PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH STATUS OF MEDICAL POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

目的:探讨在校医学研究生心理健康现状及影响因素。方法:利用症状自评量表(Symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)和心理症状影响因素调查表对在校医学研究生进行心理症状现况调查,调查方式采用自评填写问卷。结果:医学研究生心理症状阳性率达34.16%,心理症状因子主要表现为人际敏感、抑郁、偏执等,阳性项目数、恐怖、精神偏性因子与全国常模比较差异有统计学(P<0.05)。感觉学习吃力、家庭人均经济收入低、家庭不和睦、失恋次数多的学生易出现心理症状。结论:学业、就业压力和心理素质等社会心理因素是影响医学研究生心理健康的主要危险因素,应加强对医学研究生的心理健康教育与咨询。

Objective： To identify psychological health status and influence factors of medical postgraduate students who are staying in college. Methods： Using the questionnaire including the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and the influence factors towards psycho - symptom did the cross - sectional study on medical postgraduate students who are staying in college. The questionnaire was rated by these students. Results： The positive psychological symptom of medical postgraduate students was up to 34.16%, the major psychological symptom factors include interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoid i. e., The number of positive psychological symptom items and the score of two factors about phobic anxiety and psychosis were atistically higher than that of national standard normal model （P〈0.05）. Psychological symptoms existed in feeling difficult to sludy, having disharmony in the family, lost loving numbers for medical postgraduate students. Conclusion： Medical postgraduate students have extensive psychological problems, these risk factors were studing and employing pressure, psychological quality i. e, we should strengthen medical postgraduate students by Psychological health educatin and Counseling.
