摘要
二茂铁基苯基甲醇与三氟化硼-乙醚溶液在二氯甲烷中作用,形成二茂铁苯基甲基碳正离子.该离子无需从反应混合物中分离出来,便可与乙醇胺作用得到N-(苯基,二茂铁基)甲基-β-羟乙胺.通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确定了该化合物的结构,讨论了影响反应的各种因素.
Reaction of ferrocenylphenylcarbinol with ethereal solution of boron trifluoride in dichloride methane formed the relevant ferrocenylphenylmethyl carbocation. Without separation from the reaction mixture,the ion reacted with ethanolamine to obtain the title compound. Structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and ^1H NMR, and all kinds of factors affecting the reaction were discussed.
