总抗氧化状态、高敏C反应蛋白联合血脂检测在早老性痴呆症诊断中的应用研究

Study on the combining assay of total antioxidant status,high sensitive Creactive protein and serum lipids in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease

目的探讨总抗氧化状态(TAS)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合血脂检测在早老性痴呆症诊断中的价值。方法测定124例早老性痴呆患者TAS、hs-CRP、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(apo A-Ⅰ)、载脂蛋白B(apo B)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和载脂蛋白E(apo E)。结果患者组TAS、hs-CRP水平与对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01、0.001);TG、LDL-C、apo B、Lp(a)差异有显著性(P<0.01、0.05、0.01、0.05)。TAS、hs-CRP联合血脂检测的诊断灵敏度为83.9%,特异度为78.8%。结论TAS、hs-CRP联合血脂检测对诊断早老性痴呆症具有较高的临床价值。

Objective Study on the significance of combining assay of total antioxidant status （ TAS）, high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and serum lipids in the diagnosis of Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods The levels of TAS, hs-CRP, total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyceride（ TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） ,apolipoprotein A- Ⅰ （ apo A- Ⅰ ）, apolipoprotein B （ apo B）, lipoprotein（a） [ Lp（a） ] and apolipoprotein E （apo E） in 124 patient with Alzheimer＇s disease were determined. Results There was significant difference in TAS and hs-CRP between the test group and control group （P 〈 0.01,0. 001 ） respectively, also in the TG, LDL-C, apo B, Lp （a） （ P 〈 0.01,0.05,0.01,0.05 ）. The sensitivity and specificity of TAS, hs-CRP combining serum lipids assay were 83.9% and 78.8%. Conclusions The TAS, hs-CRP combining serum lipids assay show better clinical value in the diagnosis of Alzheimer＇s disease .
