摘要
黑龙江省是我国纬度最高的省份,国家制定的住宅建筑日照标准长期存在执行难的问题。本文在对黑龙江省执行日照标准过程中出现问题的分析的基础上,探讨了国家技术标准的法律地位并提出了制订国家住宅建筑日照管理办法的建议。
Heilongjiang has the highest latitude among the provinces of China. But problems arise in the implementation of the national sunlight standards. This paper, on the basis of problem analysis, discusses the legal status of national technique standard and then gives suggestions on the formulation of administration measures over residential building sunlight.
