硅烷基季铵盐相转移催化剂的制备及其在合成碳官能有机硅酯化物单体中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 通过引入硅烷基制备了新型季铵盐类相转移催化剂,并对其结构进行了表征,通过一氯取代的六甲基二硅氧烷与醋酸钾的两相反应体系验证了其催化性能.试验结果表明:在相同反应条件下(一氯取代的六甲基二硅氧烷与醋酸钾的摩尔投料比1∶1.3,以水作溶剂,60℃回流1.5 h),同种类型的含硅烷基的季铵盐催化剂比相应的不含硅烷基的季铵盐催化剂酯化产率提高10%左右;利用该催化剂可以实现在较温和的条件下较高产率的一步合成含碳官能基的有机硅酯化物单体. The methods of synthesizing several novel ammonium salt phase transfer catalysts by introducing trimethysilyl to them are described and their typical structure characteristics are tokened with IR, HNMR, and ES. The catalytic capability of the catalyst was validated in the two-phase reaction of chlorine substituted Hexamethyldisiloxane with potassium acetate. The results of experiment show that, compared to the homogeneity catalyst, the esterification rate was increased about 10% at the same reaction conditions that the ratio of chlorine substituted Hexamethyldisiloxane to potassium acetate is 1 : 1.3 (mol), the solution is water and the suitable reflux is at 60 ℃ for 1.5 hours. At the same time the synthesis of esterified carbon functional groups organic silicon compound was realized with higher yield under mild reaction conditions.
