摘要 近年来,表面活性剂及其缔合体系在药物载体方面得到了广泛的应用,药物载体中表面活性剂分子与药物分子之间的相互作用更受到人们的关注.本文介绍了表面活性剂应用于药物载体中引起的药物分子的溶解度、稳定性、生物活性、渗透能力等的变化,总结了药物载体中表面活性剂与药物分子之间相互作用,及其所引起的体系物理化学性质(如缔合体系相转变、表面活性剂溶液临界胶束浓度,以及溶液浊点等)的变化.这些性质的变化,对表面活性剂缔合体系作为药物载体具有重要的指导作用. Recently, surfactants and their aggregates are widely used in the filed of drug delivery systems. The interactions between surfactants and drug molecules are intensively studied. The interactions which could induce some changes on the physichemical properties of the drug delivery systems, such as phase transition, the variation of cloud point, and the solubility, bioactivity and skin penetration of drugs, are reviewed.
