Synthesis and application of wool fabric easy-care agent

采用微乳液聚合法合成了改性有机硅纯毛织物易护理剂,测试了其理化指标和应用性能,将其应用于纯毛织物的抗皱、防缩整理可达到“机可洗”标准.该整理剂性能稳定,整理后的织物抗皱防缩性能、手感、撕破强力及织物的风格得到明显改善,符合人们对纯毛织物服用性能的要求.

The easy-care agent of modified silicone for all wool fabrics was synthesized with micro-emulsion polymn, method, and the physico-chem, indices and the application properties were tested. When used for all wool fabric anti-creasing, the ＂machine-washable＂ anti-felting fabric standard could be satisfied. The finishi- ng agent had stable properties, and the finished fabrics, having obviously improved anti-felting and anti-creasing properties, hand feel, tearing strength and fabric style, satisfy people＇s requirements for all wool garment fabrics.
