目的 建立葛根素衍生物纳米冻干粉针剂中4ac的含量测定方法。方法二甲基亚砜溶解葛根素衍生物纳米粒，用HPLC法测定其中4ac的含量。结果：该方法线性范围为0．05～0．25μg，回收率为98．09％，RSD1.28％。结论 该法准确可靠，可用于葛根素衍生物纳米冻干粉针剂中4ac的含量测定。
