我国民营中小企业外向国际化方式研究

The Study on Outward Internationlization of Chinese Small and Medium Non-state Owned Enterprises

伴随着世界经济一体化的发展,我国民营中小企业在逐步地走向世界,民营经济的发展已成为推动我国经济、社会发展的一支重要力量。民营中小企业走向国际化是经济全球化的必然趋势。但是,我国民营中小企业在选择国际化战略方式时应考虑企业所面临的外部因素和内部因素,选择适当的战略进入方式。

Along with the development of the economic integration all over the world, Chinese non - state owned enterprises （NSOEs） are gradually entering into the world market. This paper introduces the growth progress and the current situation of Chinese NSOEs, indicating that internationalization is the objective trend of this development. It also compares some ways of outward internationalization, analyzes the main factors influencing their selection and structures the alternative model of NSOEs by way of outward internationalization.
