核心竞争力是能给企业带来价值增值的一种特殊资源和能力,识别企业核心竞争力可从资源与能力两个层面进行。企业竞争优势需经过适当模式培植后才可能发展成为核心竞争力,而环境的多变与竞争的社会系统性使任何培植模式都可能存在价值陷阱。注重核心竞争力培植过程管理的创新,是有效规避培植模式价值陷阱,切实提升核心竞争力的关键。
Core competence is a kind of special resources and abilities that can bring value increase and identification at two levels of resources and ability. The competitive advantages just may develop into core competencies after the implantation of appropriate mode, but the change of the enviromnent may cause the value trap with the social system. The innovation of core competence competitive process management is the key to avoid value trap and promote the core competence.
