摘要
针对传统SWOT局限于定性分析的弱点,运用创新SWOT分析方法,在对酒店经营相关因素进行统计性分析的基础上,对统计结果再次进行创新性分析,构建创新SWOT矩阵,指导酒店企业制定更具针对性的竞争战略。
To solve the limitation of qualitative analysis in common SWOT, a new innovation SWOT analysis is made. Through the innovation analysis of the statistic result which comes from the statistic analysis of correlation factor in hotel management, the innovation SWOT matrix is constructed which supervises hotel to frame much more effective competition stratagy.
