不同产地红景天药材中红景天甙含量的测定

Determination of Salidroside in Rhodiola L from Different District

以红景天甙含量为指标建立了红景天药材的HPLC定量分析方法.色谱条件:C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,25μm),甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为275 nm.该法灵敏度高,重现性好.利用本方法对六种不同产地红景天药材中红景天甙的含量进行了分析比较.结果表明,产地不同,红景天甙的含量差别很大,其中以云南丽江地区产的含量最高.

A quantitative HPLC method for determining the content of salidroside in rhodiola L was established. With methanol-acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, the column of Lichrospher C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 25μm） was seclected and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. This method was accurate and sensitive. Six examples collected from different district were examined. Results showed the contents of salidroside were different greatly, and the sample with the highest content came from Lijiang, Yunnan province.
