冷战后世界民族主义的凸显给国际政治带来了一系列重大影响,阻滞了和平与发展的历史进程。然而,民族主义是一把双刃剑,上世纪末民族主义浪潮的兴起无疑在一定程度上推进了国际关系正常化和世界政治民主化的发展,这种作用是通过两个途径而实现的,一是民族国家的普遍化,二是国际合作的快速建立。

The dominance of international nationalism after the cold war brings a series of significant effect to international politics and prevents the historical process of peace and development. But nationalism is a knife with two blades. The blossom of nationalism in the end of last century undoubtedly facilitated the development of normal international relationship and worldwide political democracy. The role is realized through two ways. One is the popularity of national country, the other one is the quick establishment of international cooperation.
