西北地区作为中国的自然生态屏障,在国家生态安全中具有重要的战略地位。我们要充分认识西北特殊的生态位置以及生态失衡对国家生态安全构成的威胁,以“生态优先”定位发展,加大生态保护力度,从而确保国家生态安全。

Northwestern area, as a natural ecological barrier of China, has important strategic position in national ecological safety of our country. So we should have thorough understanding of special ecological position of northwestern area and the threat of ecological imbalance to the country＇s safety. So the concept of ＂ecological preference＂ should be established, the protection of ecology should be strengthened in order to guarantee the national ecological safety.
