Individual Metering Charge Based on Heat-time Meter for Existing Residential Buildings

分析了实施分户计量供暖的困难。针对垂直单管式供暖系统的特点,提出采用热时表实现垂直单管式供暖系统分户计量收费。采用热时表不但能节省垂直单管式供暖系统的改造资金,而且其计费原理与我国现行收费政策兼容,便于普及应用。

The difficulties encountered when undertaking individual metered heating are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of one-pipe-series-loop heating system, the individual metering charge using heat-time meter for one-pipe-series-loop heating system is presented. Using heat-time meter can save the reconstruction cost of one-pipe-series-loop heating system, and the charge principle is compatible with the current charge policy in China to facilitate its popularization and application.
