基于多重化方式的30kVA中频电源研究

摘要 对逆变器多重叠加的一般性原理进行了讨论,对采用多重化叠加方式的400Hz中频电源作了分析,给出了具体的控制方案和实现电路,并提出了中频电源的动态数学模型,确定了调节器的参数整定方法和范围,最后给出了实验结果,给果表明,多重化技术方案使系统开关损耗降低,效率高达90%。 This paper discusses the principle of the multiple level technology, and analyzes 400Hz medium frequency power supply based on the multiple level technology. The control scheme and the circuit scheme are presented. A dynamic model of the medium frequency power supply is proposed, and the method as well as the range of arranging regulator' s parameter are determined. The experiment results have been given in the paper. The loss of the switches of the medium frequency power supply based on multiple level technology is very low. The efficiency of the system can get to 90%.
