摘要
对红麻料片进行压缩性能、模拟打包和全秆打包试验,并进行了堆贮观察与霉变试验分析,确定出了红麻原料的成包条件;根据试验并参考现有棉花和草料打包,提出三种红麻料片的适宜打包规格、水分和密度等。根据红麻料片压缩性能试验,提出红麻全秆、红麻秆和红麻皮压缩特性的数学方程。
Compression characteristics,simulation baling,baling of whole stalk chips,storage of the tide bales and analysis of mildewed bales were studied based on the kenaf chips with the size of 20~50mm.The results suggest that the conditions of baling with packing or tying for storage are less than 25%of moisture content and higher than 1 5MPa of baling pressure.Suitable bale sizes,moisture contents and densities of baling for kenaf bast,core and whole sralk are also recommended.Pressure density relationships for those three components of kenaf are established therefore the basis for baling of kenaf is provided.
