HPLC Determination of the Conternt of Bunkankasponin B in Xanthoceras Sorbifolia

目的:建立文冠果果仁中文冠果皂苷B测定方法,为文冠果果仁及其制剂的工艺研究与质量控制提供评价指标与评价方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为YMC C18(250×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液(60:40),流速1．0ml／min,检测波长为215nm。结果:文冠果皂苷B在0．204-1．02μg线性范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99．05％。结论:本方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为文冠果果仁质量控制的依据。

Objective： To set up an assay method for the determination of Bunkankasponin B in Xanthoceras sorbifolia for evaluating the quality of Xantheceras Sorbifolia. Methods： The samples was determined by HPLC on YMC C〈8 colunm（ 250 × 4. 6mm, 5μm）The mobile phase consisted of CH3CH～0.1%H3PO4 （ 60： 40）. The fiche rate was 1.0ml/min, The detection wave length was at 215nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.204 0.102μg. The average recovery was 99.05%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Xanthouras sorbifolia,
