摘要
目的:用HPLC—FLSD测定三七通脉片中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1的含量。方法:色谱柱填料为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,漂移管温度105℃,载气流速3.0L·min-1。结果:三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1分别在0.300-3.000μg,1.01-10.100μg,0.976-9.760μg之间呈良好的线性关系;制剂中3种成分的平均回收率分别为96.5%(RSD 1.2%),98.3%(RSD 1.5%),97.6%(RSD 2.1%)。结论:该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,无干扰,可用于三七通脉片的质量评价。
Objective: To establish the quantitative method of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl and Rbl in Sanqi Tongmai Tablet by HPLC - ELSD. Methods: The column was packed with 5μm Diamonsil C(18) stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water, eluted in gradient mode. The temperature of drift tube was 105℃ and the nebulizer nitrog flow rate was 3.0L min^-1. Results:The linear ranges of the three components were 0. 300-3. 000μg, 1. 010- 10. 100μg, 0. 976- 9. 760μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate with better seperated effect. It can be nsed for quality evaluation of Sanqi Tongmai Tablet.
