目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定茴拉西坦胶囊含量。方法:色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil C18(5μ4．6×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),检测波长为284mm,按内标法进行计算。结果:回归方程y=16579x-11077, r=0．9996,加样回收率平均值为99．79％,RSD=0．62％．结论:该法专属性好,简捷、快速、准确,适用于该产品质量控制。

Objective： To determine Aniracetam Capsules content by HPLC. Methods： A Thermo Hypersil C18 column（ 5μ4. 6mm× 250mm）, a mobile phase of methanol- H2O（60： 401, and a UV detector of 284nm was used in the analysis.The content was detemined by intemal standard. Results; The regression equation was y = 16579x-11077, r = 0. 9996, The average recoveries were 99.79%, RSD= 0.62%. Conclusion; Aspecific, simple, rapid, accurate and suitable method is established for the quality, control of Aniracetam Capsules.
