摘要
目的:研究风痛宁凝胶对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)的治疗作用。方法:采用Freund's完全佐剂诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎,经皮给药,观察风痛宁凝胶对大鼠双侧后足肿胀度的影响。结果:风痛宁凝胶可显著抑AA大鼠双侧后足跖肿胀。结论:风痛宁凝胶外用对大鼠AA有明显的治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Fengtongnng gel on adjuvant arthritis（AA）. Methods： AA in rats induced by Freund＇s complete adjuvant were treated with Fengtongning gel, the swelling degree in both hind paws. Results： the study showed that, through cutaneous administered in rats, Fengtongning gel markedly reduced the swelling degree in both hind paws. Conclusion： Fengtongnign gel has a therapeutic effect on AA in rats.
