摘要
目的:提高α-溴代异丁酸叔丁酯的收率。方法:采用新工艺合成α-溴代异丁酸叔丁酯。结果:优化反应条件,减小了溴的用量,改善操作环境,减少了三废污染。结论:最终收率达到88.1%。
Objective: To improve the yield of α- bromo - iso - butyric acid - tert - butyl ester. Methods: To adopt a new process to s.vnthesis of α- bromo - iso - butyric acid - tert - butyl ester Results: To optimize the reaction conditions, reduce the usage of bromine, improve the operation environment and reduce the contamination of waste. Conclusion: the final yield is 88.1%.
