广州市企业与职业院校合作意愿度的调查研究

校企合作作为职业教育的人才培养模式已受到越来越多的关注,为了解广州市职业院校、企业开展校企合作的现状,我们作了一项专门调查。根据调查结果,对职业院校校企合作的现状、企业与职业院校合作的意愿度、影响企业与职业院校合作意愿度的因素等作了分析,并提出了三点建议:保证和提高人才培养质量,提高企业对职业院校毕业生的满意率;政府有关部门应制定相应政策以引导和激励校企双方开展互利互惠的合作;学校在确定合作对象时应有选择性。
