本科院校高职教育的教学改革思路

Study on the Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational Education in Undergraduate University

高职教育是本科院校多种形式办学的一个重要方面。对本科院校来讲,要按照高职教育的规律培养出合格的人才,必须进行一系列的教学改革。论文提出要按照“以就业为导向”的原则结合本校特色设置专业,以“能力+素质”为本位来编制教学计划,注重课程改革与建设,搞好教学质量监控,建设好“双师型”教师队伍,发挥本科高校的教学设施及师资力量的优势,使本科院校的高职教育办出质量、办出特色,更好地为经济建设服务。

Higher vocational education is the important aspect of multi-form running school in undergraduate university. For undergradute school, to cultivate the eligible talents according to the law of higher vocational education, the teaching reform has to be promoted. This paper put forwards some advices, such as, to arrange the specialties in light of the future employment opportunity and university＇s teaching resources, to compile the teaching plan being propitious to enhance the ability and makings, to attach importance to the reform and construction of courses, to monitor and control the teaching quality more strictly, to construct teachers team possessing the both theoretical level and applicable ability, to make use of the teaching facility and manpower fully.
