摘要
中小企业自诞生以来走出了先繁荣、后衰退、再崛起的“U”型轨迹。不同的经济学家对于这一现象从不同的角度进行了不同的诠释。事实上,人类的需求以及需求的演进是人类社会行为,包括生产行为发展的动机和诱因。需求的演进推动着生产力的不断提升,促使社会形态的演变,同时也决定着经济中企业规模的演进。人类消费需求的多样化、个性化、复杂化、高级化、精神化是决定中小企业成为21世纪主导规模的根本因素。
SME has passed a zigzag route in which SME flourished first, then depressed and now goes into prosperity. Accordingly, many economists have developed many theories, trying to explain the phenomena of the evolution of enterprise scale. In fact, the needs of customers and the need evolution serve as the basic motivation and cause of human social behavior as well as production behavior which promote the up-grade of productive ability and transformation of society. They also decide the evolution of enterprise scale. The evolution of consumer needs in variety, personality, complexity, up-grading and spirituality is the dominant factor which decides that SME will dominate the economy in 21st century.
