摘要
融资租赁作为一种被世界广为接受的融资手段,近年来在我国也在不断发展。医院在医学设备采购过程中,也逐渐加入了融资租赁这一新兴的模式。虽然处于起步阶段,相关法律法规还不够完善,但是利用先进的金融技术辅助医院建设将是未来医院管理的又一个重要内容。本文从行业法规和实践方案的角度为我国现代医院管理者提供新的思路。
Finance leasing is one of the modern methods applied by many developed countries. From the 1990s some merchants in China have made attempts at finance leasing. In present-day hospital management, appliance purchasing may sometimes contact with this new financial technique. In this article we illustrate the legal situation and analytical comparison of finance leasing in hospital appliance purchase.
