摘要
索风营水电站大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,最大坝高115.8 m,为了防止该大坝产生混凝土温度裂缝,负责施工的捌玖联营体在大坝碾压混凝土温度控制上不断探索,提出了相对温度的概念,并采取多种温度控制方式对碾压混凝土浇筑前的温度进行过程控制,以及采用全断面预埋冷却水管对碾压混凝土浇筑前的温升进行有效削峰等措施,很好地控制了碾压混凝土的内外温差与最高温度,满足了大坝混凝土施工的要求,确保了大坝混凝土浇筑的连续上升。
The dam of Suofengying Hydropower Station is rolling - compacting concrete gravity one with height of 115.8 m. In order to prevent dam from cracking in concrete resulting from temperature, the engineer presented the concept of relative temperature after long study. In construction, some methods of temperature control were adopted for controlling the temperature of rolling-compacting concrete before it was placed. And the measure that pre-embedded cooling water pipe in full section also was adopted for cutting down the temperature of concrete after it was placed. All these measures had controlled the temperature quite well, met the requirement of dam concrete construction and ensured that the placement of dam concrete could construct smoothly.
