摘要
利用正交实验法对色素的提取,果胶的提取和果胶的沉淀进行了试验,得出了最佳工艺条件。最后得到了柚皮精油,柚皮黄色素和果胶三种产品。
The conditions for pigment, pectin extracting and backin precipitating were studied. The best conditions were obtained. Three products - essential oil, pigment and pectin, were got.
