摘要
Viessmann Werke, a German-based global manufacturer of heating technology products, settled down in an industrial development zone in Beijing suburb in 2001. In recent years, however, they have witnessed a price increase for land use in their developnlent zone and nearby areas. "There will be more infrastructure construction in this area and a new exhibition center is said to be built here," says Dr. Andreas Tank, executive manager of Viessmann Werke. "We see the demand for land is increasing and newcomers must pay higher prices for land use than we paid." Viessmann has fixed its expenditure on land use fees by signing a long-term contract with the development zone.
