Policy Research on the Promotion of the Information Industry of Hebei Province and the Related Legislative Suggestion

信息技术的广泛应用,推动着人类社会向信息化社会迈进。信息产业已成为影响一个国家和地区综合竞争力的战略性产业,世界许多国家都制定了相关的立法,以保护这一新兴产业的快速发展。河北省亦将信息产业列为重点培育壮大的十大支柱产业之一,虽制定了一系列的政策,但急需的是一部促进性的立法。

The wide application of information technology has promoted the society into the informationization one. The information industry has turned into strategic industry that affects region, even the country. In some countries of the world, they had enacted the laws about information idustry. Hebei province has classified the information industry as one of the ten major pillar industries. Although they formulated a series of relevant policies, now we need a prorooting legislation.
