摘要 A new pyrene-spacer-maleimide dyad 1 was used to selectively detect cysteine in the presence of other amino acids, and sequentially react with dithiols to generate the molecule with two pyrene units showing typical excimer fluorescence. Accordingly, dyad 1 was able to differentiate molecules with one or two thiol groups.
