压旋式单端扭结裹包装置的设计

介绍一种新型扭结裹包装置──压旋式单端扭结裹包装置的结构、工作原理及主要参数。装置采用对包装纸预先压制出纳丸坑及限位预收拢后再彻底收拢纸头的工艺．使软糖球等被包物在包装过程中一直处于悬挂状态，避免受外力造成的表面损伤。发明的压旋扭结工艺使包装后的纸头矮小，满足中药密丸等产品对后续包装的要求。

This paper introduces structure,working principle and main parameter of a new kind of tangle up wraping device of press -revole form. This device uses in such a process that the paper head of packing paper is throughly drawn in, after the pit of putting the pill is extruded and then the paper head is drawn in the minute the height of pill is confined. Thus the soft sweets pill has beed hunging in the course of packing so that its surface hasn't been damaged by outside force.because the process of tengle up wrapping is inverted, the paper head become short and small after packing.Itsstisfies the require of the mext packing the honey plily trsditional chinese medicine.
