新农村语境下的职业技术教育问题

Questions of Vocational-&-Technical Education under the Linguistic Environment of New Countryside

新农村建设需要一大批具有适应新农村经济社会发展需要的专业技术的新型劳动者,而这一大批新型劳动者培养的关键在于发展面向农村的职业技术教育。目前情况下,必须盘活现有教育资源,以“城市带动乡村”,加强城市和农村的联合办学,发展农村职业技术教育。同时农村职业技术学校的发展还需要打造一支高素质的师资队伍,以提高农村职业技术教育质量,实现建设新农村的战略目标。

The new rural reconstruction needs large quantities of specialized technical new workers which adapts to the needs of the new rural economy society development. Thus, the key to raise the new workers lies in developing vocational-technical education facing the countryside. Presently, what we must do is to use the educational resources we have completely, ＂to lead the village by the city＂, to strengthen the union of running schools between the city and the countryside, to develop rural vocational - technical education. Simultaneously, we also need a high quality teachers troop to improve the quality of rural vocational - technical education and to realize the strategic target of constructing the new countryside.
