中成药与西药治疗室性早搏的文献分析

①目的比较中成药心元胶囊、心律宁胶囊、安心胶囊、益心复律胶囊和西药乙胺碘肤酮、乙吗噻嗪、心律平和利多卡因治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。②方法收集相关文献资料,对数据进行统计学分析。③结果中药组的治疗效果优于西药组;心元胶囊、心律宁胶囊、安心胶囊和益心复律胶囊对室性早搏的治疗效果优于利多卡因;心律宁胶囊、安心胶囊的治疗效果优于乙吗噻嗪。④结论中成药对室性早搏的治疗效果比西药好,且心元胶囊等中药的副作用小,主观症状改善更为显著。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of xinyuan capsule,propafenone ethomozine,etc in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction （ PVC）. Methods Data related were collected and comparatively analyzed through statistics. Results The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine group is better than those of Western medicine group. Xinyuan,xinlulin,anxin and yixinfulu capsule were better than lidocaine and xinlulin, anxin capsule were better than ethomozine in the treatment of PVC. Conclttsion Chinese medicine is very effective for treatment of PVC. It is lower side effect and canimprove symptom obviously.
