摘要
通过１吨规模的生产试验，阐明在常规小麦制大曲原料中添加一定比例的丢糟，不仅使丢糟得到利用。
Experiment is carried out on the production of aspergillus with one ton of wheat and by adding a proper proportion of wasted distiller's grains.The results show that in so doing,not only the wasted distiller's grains can be made use of ,but also the aspergillus growth can be promoted and the mixed funguses of acid are restrained.
