“双泛主义”与新疆民族分裂主义活动

“Pan-Islamism” , “Pan-Turkism” and the Movements of Nationality Splittism in Xin Jiang

在20世纪,中国新疆地区多次发生民族分裂事件,严重地危害了我国边疆地区的社会政治经济秩序稳定和国家安全。“泛伊斯兰主义”和“泛突厥主义”是伊斯兰世界和突厥语族抵御西方殖民侵略、谋求自身发展的特殊时代产物,但其传入新疆后,被地方民族分裂势力利用,成为新疆现代民族分裂主义的理论依据,并被不断付诸于政治实践。通过对“泛伊斯兰主义”和“泛突厥主义”的形成、在新疆的传播和对新疆民族分裂活动的影响做一历史地探索,进一步揭示开展反对和打击民族分裂主义运动的重要性。

In the twentieth century, Xinjiang Area in China, there are a lot of matters of nationality spilittism, which seriously imperils the stability of social politics and economics and national security in the frontier of our country. ＂Pan-Islamism＂ and ＂Pan-Turkism＂ are the outcomes in the special period by the Islamic world and Turks to resist the conquer of the western colony so as to pursue their own development, but after they are transferred into Xinjiang, they are used by the local power of the natiotmlity splittism, which become the theoretical evidence for the modem nationality splittism in Xinjiang and are increasingly applied in the political practice.This paper trys to do some historical exploration for the formartion, spread and influence of the ＂Pan-Islamism＂ and ＂Pan-Turkism＂ in Xinjiang, and to open out the importance of developing the movements of fighting against and attacking the nationality splittism further.
