摘要
近几年,报考公务员的人数激增。这种公务员报考热现象虽然有利于政府吸纳人才,但同时也带来一些消极影响,如行政成本上升、价值导向出现偏差、人才配置畸形等。这就有必要对这一现象产生的原因加以分析,从而寻求适当的应对措施,引导“公务员热”趋于理性化。
The competition for public positions gets more and more intense these years. The condition is beneficial for taking in talents, but it has negative effects. It leads to the rise of administrative cost, the direction of power value, and the deformity of talents arrangemem. In the article, we begin with the phenomenon of being crazy for public positions, and discuss the causes and measures.
