Inspiration on Japan’s Effective Use of Coal Ash

随着中国煤炭使用量的增多,燃煤废渣的数量不断上升。但中国环保部门、燃煤火力发电和煤炭开采部门对于燃煤废渣的利用却普遍不够。日本对燃煤废渣有效利用的经验和相关的政策法规,对于启迪中国有效地提高燃煤废渣的利用率,减少环境污染具有借鉴意义。

As the consumption of coal in China has increased, the amount of coal ash has increased accordingly. However, the effective use of coalash has not been the major issue in Chinese departments of environmental protection , coal industry, coal thermal power and coal mining. This paper details the present situation of the efficient use of coal ash and the related laws and regulations in Japan. These will be useful for improving the efficiency of the use of coal ash in China and reducing the environmental pollution.
