The vocational technical education of Germany is famous all over the world. Accordingly, the higher vocational technical education of Germany is also among the best of the world because of its unique characteristics. Inspired by the higher vocational technical edu- cation mode of Germany, the higher vocational education of China should replace the idea of managing schools, namely, clmnging from planned training to market driving, the co-operation of schools and enterprises, the combination of working and studying, the establishment of the long-term system of the combination of producing and studying for the purpose of transforming the talents training mode and promoting system innovation, enhancing the vitality of higher vocational education and eventually constructing the modem vocational education system of Chinese characteristics.
