摘要
现代语言学家之父Ф.деСоссюр于20世纪初提出两个重要概念——“语言”和“言语”。他认为,人的言语行为分为语言和言语两部分。区分语言和言语有利于研究语言的语言学和言语的语言学。
Father of modem hguist Φ.деСоссор proposed two important linguistic concepts ＇ language＇ and＇ speech＇ in the early 20 Century. He holds that human speech act falls into two parts which are characterized as language and speech. Distinguishing the two concepts will contribute to the research on linguistics of both language and speech.
