高校开展软式排球的可行性研究

On the Feasibility of Soft Volleyball Teaching at College

通过对无排球技术基础学生在教学中试用软、硬两种排球的对比教学分析,探讨软式排球在我国高校开展的可行性。研究结果表明:软式排球较硬式排球技术更容易学习掌握,在我国高校开展是可行的。

The writer of this paper has made a contrastive study between soft volleyball teaching and hard volleyball teaching to college beginners of volleyball in order to discuss the feasibility of soft volleyball teaching at college. The findings are that soft volleyball is easier than hard volleyball for students to learn and soft volleyball teaching is feasible at college.
