The phenomenon of close breeding is prevailing in introduced talents in China western colleges. It mainly exits in Master-Doctor enrol students and employ the new teachers which prefer their own students. This paper rationally analyzes this phenomenon＇s performance, defects, the causes and then the author tries to present some useful measure.
