Speculation on the Curriculum System in the Major of the Geographic Information System

本文根据GIS学科渊源及其原理、技术、管理和应用等几方面提出GIS专业学生知识结构体系和专业课程设置原则,并对GIS人才的特点和能力培养途径提出了自己的建议。

The author puts forward the knowledge structure system of GIS-majored students and the setting principles of the course, which are based on the history of GIS and its principles, technical issues, management issues, applications, etc. Furthermore, the development approaches to the character and ability of GIS people are proposed in this paper.
