A Study on Cellulase for improving the Wearability of Ramie Cloth

根据苎麻纤维织物的性质、特点和加工要求，分析了在改善苎麻织物手感、解决刺痒感的生物酶处理过程中纤维素酶的作用机理，以及这项工艺对纤维素酶性质的独特要求，对用于改善苎麻织物服用性能的纤维素酶的菌种、培养条件和制取方法等也进行了研究。

Based on the characteristics,specificity and processing requirement of ramie cloth,an analysis is made on mechanism of action of cellulase during the enzymatic treatment of ramie for improving its handle and solving the problem of itching feeling. The unique requirements of cellulase nature, its bactera species, ture condition and preparation method are also studied with the aim of improving the wearability of ramie cloth.
