We deeply analyze the disadvantages of contract net protocol and introduce the strategy of filtering the ＂acquaintances＂ based on the contract net protocol. The strategy reduces manager agent＇ s workload that bids to apply for by filtering the bidders reasonably. At the same time the network correspondence quantity is lowered and the efficiency of Multi - agent System is raised.
