The compilation of Sports and Health is an achievement of modem physical education. This textbook lays a theoretical foundation for the change of teaching concept and the construction of teaching aim system. Based on this theory, We can select the teaching contents and reform the teaching methods reasonably and build a scientific teaching evaluation system.
