摘要
研究学生心理,因人施教,不断改进教学方法,是提高教学质量的重要手段。依托社会需求,从实用角度出发,使学生在实际操作中有所收获。
Rearching into students' psychology, teachint the students in accordance of their aptitude and improving teaching methods increasingly are crucial to promote teaching quality. Therefore teachers are required to educate students from the perspective of practial application in accordance of social needs and make technical talents of them.
