在新一轮全球化的背景下,创意性的技术和创意性的内容将会促成信息经济向创意经济的转向。在我国,把发展创意产业和发展制造业紧密地联系起来,通过发展创意产业提高制造业的文化含量,实现制造业从中国制造到中国创造的产业升级换代,是发展创意产业的核心所在。实施产学研一体化的教育模式,对于大力推动北京现代新媒体创意教育、人才培养和文化创意产业,打造北京文化创意产业核心竞争力,塑造和提升北京现代国际大都市形象和地位,具有重要意义。

Under the new globalization background, creative technology and creative content will be able to facilitate the information economy to change into the creativity economy. This is the creativity industry concept core. The development of the creativity industry and the development of the manufacturing industry are closely related, enhancing the manufacturing industry through the development of the creativity industry, the cultural content, realizing the manufacturing industry, turning it into a new generation. Therefore, China must not only become a country of study and education, but it must also become a country of creativity. The Beijing 11th Five-Year Plan determined that the cultural creativity industry must take the capital development as its core industry; Beijing must become the capital of creativity. The creativity industry is an important constituent of the knowledge economy, human＇s wisdom being the main resource of the creativity industry. Therefore, raising the creative-talented person becomes the key of the creativity industry＇s development. The implementation of the education pattern, which takes innovations, and the creativity production as the core, has vital significance for impelling the Beijing modern cultural creativity industry vigorously, making the Beijing cultural creativity industry core a competitive power, portraying and promoting the Beijing modern international metropolis image and its status.
